Welcome to the hub! This is your one stop shop for all the trainings you’ll need to rise to Bright Heights! We’ve divided the training by department, level, specialty and area of improvement, but don’t let that stop you from taking any training you want. This is your tool to brighten your light.

Trainings are curated from LAB classes, to Master Classes, to LinkedIn Learning, to internal video trainings, to simple PowerPoints. Note that in order to use the site, you’ll have to be logged into VPN to access the BCG LAB links. You’ll also have to be logged into MasterClass to access the MasterClass links.
